Prior to Mancon, David worked for CACI in Materials Management and Configuration Support programs. These programs supported the development of the Saudi Naval Expansion Program under the direction of the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
David was a Chief Storekeeper in the U.S. Navy from 1975 to 1979 and the U.S. Navy Reserves from 1979 to 1991 in support of Naval Special Warfare Group II and the fleet.
